I’m Jason, one of the co-founders of BeSmrt. I've spent 20 years working across customer experience, complaints, dispute resolution and consumer protection.
I've seen what happens when things go wrong, and how being unprepared can bite you in the arse. Then there's the sheer amount of time we lose to calls, emails, paperwork and scattered information.
Whether you've run your home for years or you're doing it for the first time, I knew there had to be a better way.
That's why we're building BeSmrt, to make running a home simpler, clearer and less stressful.
